Erin had the honor of photographing and collaborating with one of her biggest food heroines, the legendary Deborah Madison, on her final, James Beard Award nominated cookbook - IN MY KITCHEN (Ten Speed Press). This project, which took Erin to Deborah's home and garden in New Mexico, tells Deborah's story of simplicity, luscious ingredients, ease and cooking mastery.
